Empress 1908 Gin is a combination of exquisite taste, delicate aroma, soft texture, and remarkable presentation. Created in the city of Victoria on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia.  Its natural indigo colour changes to bright lavender, soft pink, or fuchsia depending on the mixer.  No artificial colours or stabilizers are used and the flavour will last forever.
